Parenting Wisely

Parenting Wisely is evidence, research, and skills-based. It holds the distinction of being the only online parent education course for families that is currently listed on the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services National Registry for Evidence-based Programs and Practices

Parenting Inside Out

The Parenting Inside Out: Community version teaches parents a way of navigating life that uses healthy, pro-social skills to interact with children, partners, co-parents, officials, friends, and family. Participants learn to celebrate the uniqueness of each person and invite others into caring, respectful relationships. With PIO training, criminal-justice-involved adults can become better parents and role models in their children’s lives.

Duration of training:
The community version consists of twenty-four 2-hour sessions and is appropriate for parents who are in work release programs or on parole or probation. Parents may or may not have custody of their children, or may be seeking visitation.

Social Emotional Wellness Adult Group

Social and Emotional Wellness Group for adults, age 18 and older. This group is designed to help strengthen your support network and offer tips and tools related to managing emotions, building empathy, forming positive relationships and more.

Social Emotional Wellness Youth Group

A group for adolescents ages 12-17. This group is designed to help strengthen your support network and offer tips and tools related to managing emotions, building empathy, forming positive relationships and more.
